We successfully matched the current sponsor funds!!   As sponsors continue to send their support, we anticipate having another Match Day.  Today's Match Day is done!!   

You all helped to make it happen!! 

An enormous thank you to CFCU Federal Credit Union!  They are helping us fund MATCH DAY, where your donations (up to $100) are matched by sponsor funding.   So if you donate to DIP, CFCU will be right there to match it.  If you donate to DODGE, CFCU is right there to match that as well.

We won't need Guthrie after we DIP at the Yacht Club on New Year's Day... but if we did, Guthrie would be there to help us with all our healthcare needs.  We are so grateful for the support to our community!!  Guthrie's generous donation allows us to do MATCH DAY, where your DIP or DODGE donation will be matched by a sponsor donation.

15 Steps has been a regular supporter of the Chill Challenge EVERY YEAR!!!   Starting in 2016, they dedicated their thoughts towards our community.   They kept supporting us through the pandemic, and we can't wait to pick up some unique gifts there while we consider what kind of quirky costumes we might wear on New Year's Day.

Every year we enjoy the efforts of the New York State Police Dive Team.  They come early to search the shore (for hazards) and place the line of balloons into the chilly waters of Cayuga Lake.  Balloons you can only get if you are tough enough to brave the waters!!  And if you slip or struggle, the Dive Team will help you back onto your toes.   Thank you New York State Police Dive Team!!!  They always DIP to help us out.

Every year Bangs Ambulance sends a vehicle and some personnel to watch us DIP and party at the Yacht Club.  The rest of us DODGE and eat cake while sipping hot cocoa to keep warm.  Bangs is there if they are ever needed, and they are a foundational part of the event.   Thank you so much, Bangs Ambulance!! 

Every year we puzzle the Yacht Club enthusiasts by going into the water rather than sailing above it.   Still, they host us and let us turn on the heat in their winterized building so that we can have our party and warm up too.   We are so grateful for the kindness and support of the Ithaca Yacht Club!!
