Ithaca Community Recovery has been such a great place for me to find a new, happier, healthier Heidi. I have found so much support and love coming from the services that are able to be held at Ithaca Community Recovery and encourage everyone to join me in supporting this wonderful community resource.

I have always loved doing polar plunges. My family started this tradition in Lake Ontario raising money for the Special Olympics on my mom's 60th birthday, doing it for years after. What a great way to fundraise and definitely have some fun!
